In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
